Ayam :)

Assalamualaikum...

peace :)

okehh..let's we start our lesson today..

ahaa...today i'm going to teach uolls tentang cara-cara nak bersiang ayam..aa?? what?? cara2 nak bersiang ayam pun kau nak tulis??..ahh lantak aq la...this is my blog ! my territory ! don't want to read ? so get lost ! haha...tadak aihh...joke okehh ! peace :)

okehh, first of all...baca bismillah lu ~ lepaih tu...ambik pisau,kerat la ayam tu..agak senang hang nak bersiang..
then, buang la kulit, lemak dan segala benda yg tak patut tu...senang kira hang buang benda yang hang tak makan dan takkan makan..okehh ??

lepaih tu....bila dah settle...basuh ayam tu..
then, letak dalam bekas bersih..pastu ambik sikit tepung gandum sama asam jawa taruk dalam bekas tu....gaulkan....tepung ? asam jawa ? for what ? mak aq cakap takmau bagi ayam tu berbau..okehh ? paham ? :D

haa...jangka masa gaul ayam dengan tepung  tu tak payah lama2....agak2 aa...jgn sampai dua jam pulak..dah tu bila time hang nak masak ?? okehh...then, hang basuh ayam tu..buang segala tepung tu...then, siram...pastu simpan dalam peti ais...siram tu apa pulak ?? jangan kata hang taktau siram tu apa ? ahh sudah..hang balik tanya mak hang...

okehh2..motif dia..mulakan sesuatu dgn bismillah...supaya berkat :)

oraitt, practise make perfect BUT not too perfect..it's okay, at least we have tried :D
